The Cabardès is an AOC with a mind of its own, where Atlantic and Mediterranean influences meet. Close by are Malepère, Limoux and Fitou; further away are the Minervois and the Corbières.

At Château Rives-Blanques there is a guided walk through the vineyards on Tuesday mornings, in Dutch too.

Bram has its market on Wednesdays. There are markets in Montolieu, Limoux and Carcassonne too.
